Saturday, Wayne took the kids to the hot air balloon races so they could check the whole scene out. They had a blast with the big balloons and James couldn't stop talking about the fire. He kept saying "it was really, really cool."

Then today we went over to the pirate festival and played around. The people watching was wild!! The weather was perfect and we spent a lot more time there than we expected.We checked out the pirates, ate some bad food, the kids both took a pony ride and got tattoos! We walked and walked and walked until we were all worn out. Here's our shots:

James bravely rides the pony - he didn't even hesitate! They also both shot a bow and arrow with dad and loved it!
